In collaboration with Hunt Leather, the team at Corban & Blair worked on designing a range of high-end leather products that celebrated the craftsmanship of handmade items produced in Australia. The aim was to tap into a mid-range price point that Hunt Leather had not explored before, while still maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that both brands are known for.
This collaboration was beneficial for both businesses, as they were able to leverage their pre-existing customer base. Both brands are recognised for their quality leather items and their commitment to slow manufacturing.
The marketing strategy for this collaboration was focused on communicating the handmade and thoughtfully produced nature of the products through product photography and copywriting. The success of this partnership led to an extension of the range with more products and a launch party at the Hunt Leather store at The Rocks. The product collection is available at all Hunt Leather stores across the country.
As part of this collaboration, my role involved product development, product photography, copywriting, e-commerce management, marketing strategy, EDM campaigns and social content.
